In a sudden rush to your senses, you find yourself waking up in an odd place. As the haze subsides from your vision, you noted that you were in some kind of office, one that looked to not have been touched in a long time. There were papers scattered along the floor, worn by time and moisture. A desk, placed not far from you, was tipped over on its side with marks that resembled claw marks. The room smelled of mildew but dashed with a slightly metallic scent. You gather yourself and take to your feet, glancing around at the room a bit more thoroughly. There was nothing of real interest within the room so your gaze turned to the door. You walked towards the door, soon opening and passing through it, ending up in a hallway that looked to be in the same state as the room prior.
You turn right and slowly start to make your way down the hallway. Towards the end of the hall you begin to make out the form of woman, she was wearing what looked to be a dirty white dress that ended just below her knees. As you approach and try to gain the woman's attention, she'd stay unresponsive for a moment. She then began to turn around, revealing that her eyes had been removed from her skull. The woman would reach out and take hold of your arm, gripping tightly before beginning to scream loudly. As her wails would echo out down the decrepit building, you could make out a large monstrous figure bursting out from a branching corridor a bit further forward. It skid across the ground as it made a sharp turn and rushed directly for you.
Without hesitation you break free from the eyeless woman's grasp and turn, sprinting back the opposite way. For just a moment you'd look behind you, seeing the frantic motions of the creature pursuing you. Anything in it's path was being pushed aside in a forceful manner as it dashed. Up ahead you can see that the hallway would split...
[[You decide to turn left.]]
[[You decide to turn right.]]You chose to go left in your attempt to out run the creature. You continued running down this new path, trying to not look back at your pursuer. As you'd get further and further down the hall, you can make out the exit. Behind you the sound of the creature growing nearer as your distance towards the exit grows smaller. Once at the door, you'd reach for the handle and press roughly against the door, it would not budge. You repeated this pattern as the monster got closer, but the door would not budge. You'd give the door one last hard push, causing the door to open just enough for you to get through. As you try and pass through the doorway a long claw would reach out before your face and clutch onto your head. The pain from the pressure would only last a second before all would fade to black.
<b>DEAD END</b>You chose to go right in your attempt to out run the creature. You continued your sprint as the monster grew closer. In the distance you can make out a large doorway at the end of the hall. You picked up pace with the exit now in sight. Once upon the door, you'd press up against the lever, pushing the door open and hurrying through it. With a heavy slam you close the door behind you. You looked around for something to block the door with, but nothing was in a reasonable distance. You decide to press your body up against the door and push, trying to stop it from getting through the doorway. The monster would bash against the door three times with force, causing the doors to slightly open each time, only halted by your counter force. You question how long you can keep this up, but it was then that the monster seemed to simply begin to leave. Its footsteps can be heard trailing back down the hallway you came through, the sound fading to nothingness soon after.
For precaution, you stayed against the door for a moment, but then decided it was safe to move. You look about the corridor and see a small flashlight upon the ground. <b>You acquired a flashlight.</b>
The hallway you now stood in only had four doorways. The one that was marked as the stairs was welded completely shut, there was no hope in even trying to go through that door. The others were marked as Room 236, 237, and 238.
[[Enter Room 236.]]
[[Enter Room 237.]]
[[Enter Room 238.]]After opening the door to room 236 and stepping inside the door closes on its own. A mysterious mold begins to coat the door, making the door inaccessible. You flick on the flashlight that you had recently acquired and lace its light around the room. The room appears to be coated almost entirely in the very mold that just sealed the doorway. You could feel something moving up your legs and impeding movement. When you look down you can see the mold working its way up your body, causing a burning sensation as it does. You struggle in your attempt to escape... but it was just a matter of time until it consumed you whole.
<b>DEAD END</b>You chose to enter the room marked 237. You decide to look around the room with your flashlight and you find out the room at some point was a break room. There didn't really seem to be much of anything of interest item wise, however there was a fire exit door across the room. This could be your chance to leave this building, of course, who knew what else lurked outside. You wonder if it may be smart to look into what is in the other rooms, just in case they have something useful.
[[Enter Room 236.<--Enter Room 236]]
[[Enter Room 238.<--Enter Room 238]]
[[Leave the building.]]
You enter the room marked 238, closing the door behind you. The room was lit faintly by a dim light above. The room appeared to be another small office, though a lot more void of furniture than the one you awoke in. Through looking a bit closer, there appeared to be a male laying against a wall. A small handgun was laid in his right hand. You move closer to the individual and take a better look. He appeared to be long dead with a self inflicted bullet wound to his head. An mysterious mold was spread along the wall to the left side of his body and it slightly covered his left arm and face. You decide that it'd be wise to potentially take the gun with you. <b>You have acquired a handgun.</b>
<i>The gun appears to only have one bullet left.</i>
[[Investigate the odd mold.]]
[[Enter Room 236.<--Go to Room 236]]
[[Go to Room 237]]Upon further investigation of the odd mold some of it ends up moving and crawling up your leg. In a quick reaction you try and pull away, breaking free from its hold and deciding it would be wise not to touch this substance. With that you note there is nothing else of interest in the room and decide to go check out one of the other rooms.
[[Go to Room 236.]]
[[Go to Room 237.]]You exit the building and close the door behind you. Once outside you notice that there is a path leading forward into what appears to be a forest. There is also a way that leads around the side of the building.
[[Follow the path into the forest.]]
[[Follow the path around the building.]]After opening the door to room 236 and stepping inside the door closes on its own. A mysterious mold begins to coat the door, making the door inaccessible. [[Go to Room 236.]]
[[Exit the building.]]
After exiting the building you feel a warm sensation upon your leg, you look down to see some of the mold from earlier has begun to spread along your leg. A stinging sensation begins to start and then intensify a moment after, it starting at a simple burn and ascending to an agonizing pain. Your vision would begin to blur and you can feel your body beginning to become rather heavy. You fall to your knees and look at the ground beneath you. A set of bare feet came into your line of vision, you look up to see a small girl standing before you. Her body was a bit transparent but she appeared to be rather normal looking dispite this. She would smile at you as all feeling would fade from your body and you'd collapse. Before you'd pass out, you heard the girl speak.
<i>"It'll be alright, you are with us now."</i>

[[Go outside.]]You exit the building and close the door behind you. Once outside you notice that there is a path leading forward into what appears to be a forest. There is also a way that leads around the side of the building.
[[Go into the forest.]]
[[Go around the building.]]
You used your <b>flashflight</b> to light your way, though its light did not seem to breach far into the darkness of the forest. Each step seemed to lead deeper and deeper into that very darkness. Whispers and shuffling could be heard throughout the surrounding trees, outside the sight of your torch. You feel as if there is a constant set of eyes watching you, only making the situation more and more uncomfortable. Eventually you reach a fork in the trail, one that leads left and another that leads right. As you decide on which path to take you could hear the screaming of a woman to your left. It seemed like she was in trouble and the sounds of gunshots could be heard from that way as well.
[[Go left.]]
[[Go right.]]As you walk around the corner of the building you find that you are now in a parking lot. There are a few vehicles that are parked around the plot of land, however most are overgrown with plants. You wander about the parking lot trying to see if any of the vehicles could be used. Unfortunately they all looked to be out of service. As you turn to look back towards the building there was a main standing there, he seemed to be twitching a bit and he had hole going through his head. A mold like substance coated his left side and his eyes looked as black as night. You try and take a few steps back, unsure of what the man would do, only to bump into something. You turn around and see a bunch of people in various forms of decay and covered at least partially in the weird mold. The individual you bumped into would lunge forward, chomping his teeth down onto your neck with great force. The sheer pain as your skin would tear and the feeling of blood traveling down your shoulder would follow. The others would simply watch as your vision blurred and all faded to black.

<b>DEAD END</b>You decided to follow the path that lead towards the screams. You try and make a steady pace but still remain cautious. Eventually you can make out the sight of a woman holding a flashlight and firing off a handgun. You aim your flashlight towards the area she is shooting to try and spot what it is she is trying to fend off. Your light eventually lines up with what appears to be a near nude woman with various flora coverings along her body. You can make out no color in her eyes from this distance, but can see that she has her mouth open, revealing that all her teeth were razor sharp. The female with the gun had only managed to inflict four wounds on the creature, but none sufficient enough to stop her.
<i>Because you have obtained the <b>handgun</b>, you decide to take aim at the creature. Once lined up, you pull the trigger and fire off the weapon. A bullet leaves the chamber and collides with the monster's head, causing it to quickly fall to the side with a heavy thud. The freightened woman then looked towards you and lowered her weapon a bit. After noticing you did not look like a hostile she'd greet you. Offering to help you, explaining that there was a radio station somewhere nearby that could aid you both in escaping where-ever 'here' was. She stated she saw a map of the general area back in the building, but hadn't seen it long enough to recall exactly where the building was. All she knew was that it was down the opposite path. She revealed to you that she had found a key that had a keychain attached to it marked 'Radio Shack'. You accept her aid and head back to the other path.</i>
[[Continue on.]]You travel down the right path, keeping you flashlight aimed on the path. As much as you'd want to make sure there wasn't anything gazing at you from the forest, it may be better to make sure you simply don't walk into something just as horrifying. The sounds continue, the whispers, the rustling, and the cracking of sticks. You were definietly being followed, but there was no way you were going to investigate. You'd just continue on your path and try not to stray. That was until you began to hear steps directly behind you, matching your pace. You pick up pace a bit only to hear them do the same, still... matching your pace.
[[Stray into the woods.]]
[[Stay on the path.]]

Being unable to do much else but watch, the monster would continue its charge towards the woman, who had run out of ammunition in her fearful flurry of shots. The creature, once close enough, tackled the woman against a tree and chomped down upon her throat. Quickly sealing the fate of the woman and dragging her body off into the darkness, looking back at you as it did.
You wonder if there was anything you could have done, but now wasn't the time to continue waiting around to be that thing's next meal. You end up turning and heading down the other pathway from earlier.

[[Flee into the woods.]]
[[Continue along the trail.]]You and your new companion followed the path onward to the shack that holds the radio. The sounds of whispers and rustling still sounded out from behind the many trees, but seemed to stay rather distant potentially due to there being two of you. Eventually you both arrived at a small shack with a rather heavy door impeding you from entering. The woman stepped ahead of you and inserted the key into the lock, clicking it open and slowly pushing the door open. She laced the light of her own flashlight through the room and once confirming it was clear, she walked in. You follow her and close the door behind you. The shack didn't seem to have power at the moment but you notice the circuit breaker along the back of the room. After wandering over to it, you trip on the power and the lights flicker on, as well as the lights to the panel that controls the radio. Your companion stood near the control panel and managed to fully turn on the radio, at first only reaching static. She began to try and tune into the different signals and outreach to anyone who might hear. After a dozen attempts she received a response. The individual on the other side of the radio seemed to know exactly where your location was and offered to send a helicopter to extract you.
You both wait within the shack for this helicopter to arrive, anxious and uneasy by the scenes you both had to witness. Many questions unanswered and many sights that you both had wish you had never experienced. Your wait comes to an end at the sound of fluttering propeller blades in the distance, rescue was near.
<b>Safe End?</b>You try and lose the trail of whatever was behind you. Heading deeper and deeper into the dark woods, while the sound of the footsteps continue to match your pace. You'd keep running forward through the woods, eventually looking back behind you to see nothing there. During this you'd lose your footing as the ground beneath you seemed to cease to exist. You look back as you fall from a cliff, rolling down the hill and roughly halting against some rocks. You had hit your head and most likely broken your left leg. As you writhe in pain, you look to your side as a figure begins to move towards you. Once next to you it'd raise its foot and stomp down upon your head. All would fade to black.
<b>DEAD END</b>While following the pathway you stumble upon a shack, it looked to be in better shape than the building you awoke in. You approach the door and notice that it has a rather heavy door with a lock. You note that you do not have any keys, so you'd be unable to open the door. You check to see if the door was potentially unlocked by turning the knob, as you do the sound of footsteps can be heard behind you. Before you have a chance to turn a searing pain fills your stomach. You look down to see a rusty blade shoved through your body, it would be twisted by the wielder only causing more pain. A screeching noise would be let out from whatever was behind you, one that would cause a pain in your head that'd cause you to black out.
